Schjodt have a monster 85 monitor to move for their suite - top of the range - the wall in their new office was reinforced to hold the monolith!
Oh and we moved their office IT too. A real class act!

Gusty February
It’s cold wet and very windy - not ideal for being in tall buildings in the city.
Wework now have desk cable baskets - very good news for us and our clients who use their offices. Important step forward for tidy offices.
More good news we have been very busy with partner CAMA moving a client in their ever increasing floor space.
The Tidy IT van suffered only a broken arial when a tree landed on it - phew!
and more importantly my garden fence didn’t blow off!
January 2022 Restart?
Well it the time for saying New Year, New You/Me or something from a book of positivity and change. Lets face it the Covid years weren’t much fun.
So here we go again but Tidy IT have no reason to change or restart we continue to do what we do!

Tidy IT had a wonderful opportunity to move law firm Berkley Rowe to a new west end residence.
A rare full office move completed over 2 days.
The desk phones are now no longer needed in 70% of offices times and tech are changing!

We Completed 2 great projects
22 Bishopsgate the site for one of the projects gave us amazing views of the city.
2nd project completed with approx 1500+ moves after almost 2 years - both with great feedback too! Yay!
Plus a new partnership with Undiscovered Workplace - all good things!
We have been Marching up and down.
Tidy IT had a fun road trip stopping at London, Croydon, Norwich & Peterborough and great time working too.
Doing what we do best, lots of moves, installs and decommissions with cable-management and testing!

Snow days of February
After some fun snow times in London, we are back to work in the city.
The city is quiet and very closed although you still can grab a hot coffee from most places.
A great job in Clerkenwell has begun and prestigious project for the mega 22 Bishopsgate really have given us the boost we needed to get 2021 started in the right direction!
January 2021 let’s do it better this time!
Day 1 and Tidy IT are off to work but for how long - lockdown continues Tier 4
So far we have completed a move into a stunning period property in Clerkenwell & Canary Wharf high rise, enjoying the luck we have in our work!
December a quiet time and end of 2020 woes
2020 (covid 19) for many a year to forget - somehow we made it and it made us all stronger!

November there will be fireworks

Octoberfest is canned
Big opportunity this month to work in one of the most appealing buildings in the City of London. 70 St Mary Axe aka the ‘Can of Ham’
The reception is the best i’ve ever seen and surely will be in the next James Bond movie the building pure class from start to finish. Extra pressure to make this job perfect for the team moving in.
Septembers are hot still
Work request form LinkedIn came to our door and we were keen to show of our cable-management skills and get their office looking super smart. A recent move had left the cables in disarray and we also helped connect an new workstation while were there.

It’s been a great summer so far which makes the lockdown easier to cope with.
This month we have a really fantastic large move 500 positions , in the heart of the city.
A move to a brand new state of the art building. Top of the range furniture and fittings.
An install which was to the highest specification and Tidy IT standards.

Mayday Mayday…
Covid 19 is the news we’ve been trying to avoid – frightening times as it sweeps across Europe and the world.
We have been busier than ever, in offices cleaning, packing, storing and moving to new sites.
Offices are emptying as fast as the streets. Tidy IT are doing our best to keep up and stay within the guidelines

We made it look great and glad to have another happy client in return.
Mad as a March hare…
Set up and install a training room for the Bank of China – strange double PC setup to each desk.
NAOS –Dermatology and wellbeing co. meeting room needed some help on trip hazards and other cable management. Really pleased with the tambour unit we installed in and double purpose it served.
+ a server move around the M25 at 05:00 in the morning – yikes!! Servers are some of our favourite things to move – We like the neat organised nature of them and their rooms.

Showcase the furniture kings of Chicago well actually the UK needed some tidying at head office – introduced by one our favourite business partners.
Pearl and Dean full office transformation – our life is like a movie especially when you work for the folks who do so much for the British industry. We spoke to the boss who told us some fun facts about the Baftas and how to hang with A-listers. Awesome!

A large project to move desks of IT form multiple locations to a temporary central location.
Over the next two months moving 400 ish staff from 5 sites to 1, lots of timing and logistical fun now and to follow.
Developing important trusted partnerships has been the key to getting the projects completed smoothly so far in 2019.
Tidy IT is always evolving for the benefit of all in our network.

Regus offices have been recently given the Tidy IT treatment one job which a nice two photos, which changed our fortunes Tidy IT on LinkedIn and went all a bit viral put us on the map. Just a standard cable management before and after setup, but this time with a partial description of the how really seemed to capture the imagination of our audience.

Summer July madness…
Good weather and a great time to be outdoors enjoying the weather, so ….
We spent most of it indoors working with our clients tidying and installing their IT
WeWork residents Allard Bailey Law needed some TLC under the desks to allow them to move their feet without disconnecting their monitors and laptops.
We offered some cable management solutions under desk wire cable baskets and top of desk power modules.
The result was much improved space utilisation and a more organised space overall – Tidy you could say
We created a valuable case study from this project – great for if you are a WeWork resident.
June bugs…
We have decided to finally get on-board with video promotion of our services, document the work we do through the wonder of the moving image.

This was a month of learning for Tidy IT with a hectic schedule of work, we have learned more through the mistakes than the successes and continue to develop a strong partnerships through struggle.

Notable change we have moved to WeWork and become part of the new social office family. Lots of coffee breaks and networking chats, all good.
Using our new WeWork area we have put together a strong diary of work for later this year which will keep us busy right up to 2020.
We are building a portfolio of user advice and help guides for those wishing to tackle their office, the resources will be available here on this site over the next couple of months.

Very busy month again - counting our lucky stars and thanks to the some follow up work from last months post we have been doing lots of tidying. Just the way we like it
Great locations too, you may know some of these, for example Tower 42 and the Gherkin - amazing clients and beautiful work areas continue to amaze us every day!
We are just doing our job - and we love it!!
We travelled to Leatherhead to support a business partners last minute request - all done no problem no drama. We alway have a spare hands on deck to help with office IT and move emergency related issues!
Also out of town to Tonbridge for a well organised move, nice town!
Plus the annual update of our promotion brochure - looking fantastic - yay!!

The team are very happy with the work TIDY IT have done to our office in Shoreditch! We turned 6 VERY messy desks into an organised dream!
The feedback was incredible and has led us back to doing a lot more quoting for this type of work.
We also did lots of other work and kept busy this month - one of us did the London 1/2 Marathon for Pete’s sake.

So the year has started cold - we are working hard no fancy ski holidays or escapes to Barbados for us in 2019.
We have been on a learning journey instead and went to a Linkedin Masterclass, this year we want our customers and clients to be able to engage with us more freely. Kudos to Sam Rathling - find her in LinkedIn!
A notable job in St Paul’s in the heart of the city of London a true landmark and a job that allowed us to do a job we were very proud to do.
Its great when the client shares your ethos on cable management and tidy work space for staff to enjoy. The results really speak for themselves and the feedback was fantastic too!

Tidy IT had a fabulous 2018 - only looking back can you see how far you have come. Here are a few highlights, we are so proud to be chosen to work our magic in so many offices. IT Fitout has never been so professional and fun…..
Top Left Design – Yes the award winning design and marketing agency - we gave them an Office Tidy & Meeting Room revamp which really started the year off well for us, using new some new technology and endless amounts of cable management to breath life and practicality. Small additions like desk USB chargers and headphone extensions from PC’s made even sitting at the desk a change for the better.
Lavazza – An office IT relocation to something which would impress any visiting client, wonderful Art, colour filled office and our meticulous IT install to high end desks. Italian style – bella!!
Cluttons – 300+ people need to move to high tech new floor, can you do it? Our answer is always the same, yes and ready when your are. Working on a tight timeline our install was in our opinion one of the best it had all the thing we like, such as moving to new modern desks, new screen installs to monitors stands and lots of wireless techy bits. It really did look nice as a result but also worked better!
Moonpig.com - A mega IT move to a bespoke fit out venue with 400+ desks with various individual set ups. Our brief was to keep each desk sleek, clean and clear, to complete the office showpiece look the company envisioned. Working with multiple teams in harmony to complete the entire move with perfect timing for the client to move in. Happy Days!!
